In this article, you will find the steps that you will need to complete to order to enable the integration between Greystar and Esusu during the onboarding process in partnership with your Esusu Account Management Team (Customer Success Manager and Account Manager).
In order to integrate with Esusu, a Greystar Helpdesk ticket is required to be submitted. Please follow the steps outlined below in order to submit the appropriate ticket needed:
- Log in to the Greystar Help Desk
- On the “How can we help you?” search bar, type “Integrations” and hit enter
- Select Request Services
- Select Property Management Systems
- Select Product Integrations
- Make sure to specifically request "Esusu Integration"
- Complete the Form
After completing, please send the RITM Number that is provided to your Esusu Account Team (Customer Success Manager and Account Manager), which our team will use to flag this with the Greystar technical team
