In this article, you will find a step-by-step instructions on how to provide all the relevant information to onboard Esusu to your property to start providing our services to your residents. Below you will find all the steps and relevant documents that will need to be completed in order to enable Esusu at your property.

Property List, Contacts, and Bank Details:
- Please download the Property list (Property List Contacts Banks.xlsx) listed at the bottom and fill out the missing details in the sheet
- Important fields that must to be completed are as follows:
- Property List Tab: PMS (Property Management System), SiteID, Unit Count
- Property Contacts: Property Manager Name and Property Manager Email
- Bank Details: All details are required
- If you are not onboarding the Stable Home Rent Relief Fund program, this tab does not need to be completed
- Once the information is completed, please share this with your Customer Success Manager

Property Management System Integration:
- Please review the article for our Property Management System (PMS) - Integration Guides if you use one of the following PMS: Yardi Voyager, RealPage (Onesite), Entrata, ResMan, Rent Manager, MRI, and PHA

Equifax Form:
- Please download the Equifax form (Equifax Form.pdf) at the bottom, fill in the missing information and complete with a signature and share this with your Customer Success Manager
- Only one Equifax form needs to be completed, if the contributor is listed as the Property Management Company
- If this is completed at the Property Level, there will need to be an Equifax form for each property

Virtual Inspection:

To report with Experian we need to complete a virtual inspection, the purpose of the inspection is to ensure that you are a legitimate business and resident PII/sensitive information is secure. During this time, the inspector will guide you through two steps: (1) taking necessary photographs (2) filling out a questionnaire. The inspector will ask for items, such as:
- A photo of the front door to show keys and locks
- A photo of the desk to show NO PII is easily exposed
- A photo of the trash cans to show a way to discard sensitive information

Please provide the following information for your contact that would be best suited to complete the Virtual Inspection to your assigned Customer Success Manager:

- Important Note: A single inspection is needed corporate head office and not at the individual property sites.
